Canton Fair Phase – 1

Canton Fair Phase 1 consists of 4 areas: A, B, C, and D. In area A, you can find a range of consumer electronics (smartphones, wearables, audio devices, etc.), stylish household items (from kitchen gadgets to home cleaning tech), and smart home solutions. In area B, you can find hardware items, vehicle spare parts, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery. In area C, you can find motorcycles and bicycles, lighting equipment. In area D, industrial automation machinery. You can meet representatives of major Chinese manufacturers and discuss their products and prices.

Canton Fair Phase – 2

Canton Fair Phase 2 also consists of 4 areas: A, B, C, and D. Here, in area A, you can find items such as festival products, kitchenware, and tableware. in area B, bathroom equipment, furniture, and decorative materials. In area C, glass artware. In area D, clocks, watches, and gift items.You can meet representatives of major Chinese manufacturers and discuss their products and prices.

Canton Fair Phase – 3

Canton Fair Phase 3 also consists of 4 areas: A, B, C, and D. Here, in area A, you can find men’s, women’s, and kids clothing, underwear, and shoes; in area B, personal care products, pet products, toiletries, sports, and travel products. in area C, Textile Raw Materials and Fabrics, and in area D, Toys, Baby and Maternity Products.You can meet representatives of major Chinese manufacturers and discuss their products and prices.

China Factory Visit

When you attend the Canton Fair and meet reliable Chinese manufacturers who produce the products you need, you can visit their factories if you wish and discuss the quality of the products, the reliability of the company, and negotiate the prices. (This is not included in this package and can be done upon your request. )

Canton Fair Tour From Sri Lanka Itinerary

Travel to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport and transfer to a hotel located in Guangzhou City Center.

Join the Canton Trade Fair and check the suitable products directly from Chinese manufacturers in Area A. Find reliable suppliers that you want, build a connection with them, and negotiate the prices with them.Discuss with them about the MOQ and production lead time that they require.

On the third day, after breakfast at the hotel, you can attend the Canton Fair. On that day, you can visit the booths of Chinese manufacturers in Area B of the Canton Fair, such as hardware items, vehicle spare parts, agricultural machinery, and construction machinery. You will have to select the necessary products, build relationships with the manufacturers, and negotiate prices.

On the fourth day, after breakfast at the hotel, you will depart to attend the Canton Fair. Transportation facilities will be provided from the hotel where we stay every day to the Canton Fair. On that day, we will visit the exhibition booths of Chinese manufacturers in Area C of the Canton Fair, which include motorcycles and bicycles, lighting equipment, and electronic and electrical products. You can select the necessary products, build relationships with the manufacturers, and negotiate prices.

On the fifth day, as usual, after having breakfast at the hotel, you will leave to attend the Canton Fair. On that day, you can visit the exhibition booths of Chinese manufacturers in Area D of the Canton Fair, consisting of industrial automation machinery, new materials and chemicals, general machinery, and processing machinery equipment. You can select the necessary products, build relationships with the manufacturers, and negotiate prices.

On the sixth day, after breakfast at the hotel, you can join the Canton Fair. On this day, if you want to visit the supplier’s factory that you have found according to your needs, we will guide you for that. We will also guide you in forwarding the goods you want to buy from China to Sri Lanka. If you want, you can visit the warehouse in China where we collect your goods. You can also get the support of our Chinese representatives.

On the morning of the sixth day, depart for Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou to return to Sri Lanka.
